Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Cook up and integrate activities across multiple teams, stakeholders, and functional areas within a large healthcare system.
• Set up and maintain governance structures, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Spot risks and lay out mitigation strategies to minimize program impacts and ensure continuity of operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, VA policies, and industry best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance program delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Strong data analysis and quantitative skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Power Point

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience

• Coursework, internships or experience supporting projects related to Human Centered Design, Supply Chain, Innovation, Org Design, Policy, Government, or Healthcare
• Power BI, Tableau, Python
• A sense of curiosity and ability to drive work independently

Additional Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
