Responsibilities
- Cook up and integrate activities across multiple teams, stakeholders, and functional areas within a large healthcare system.
- Set up and maintain governance structures, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Spot risks and lay out mitigation strategies to minimize program impacts and ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, VA policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance program delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Strong data analysis and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience
- Coursework, internships or experience supporting projects related to Human Centered Design, Supply Chain, Innovation, Org Design, Policy, Government, or Healthcare
- Power BI, Tableau, Python
- A sense of curiosity and ability to drive work independently
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
