Duties

As a Management Analyst, you will:

  • Plan, organize, and lead or conduct projects, studies, and analyses of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of organizational effectiveness issues.
  • Analyze and recommend methods for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and procedures through process modification and application of evolving technology.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert regarding policy development, changes or updates to existing policies and procedures.
  • Establish criteria for identifying and analyzing trends in activities and measuring organizational effectiveness in achieving objectives and goals.
  • When required, monitor contractor activities to ensure contractors execute project plans on time, meeting deliverable milestones within budget and with satisfactory quality.
  • Provide updates and reports on contractor performance to management.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

  • Managing projects or programs by developing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they meet established goals, stay on schedule, and are within budget.
  • Analyzing program activities and complex data to develop business metrics, measure organizational performance, synthesize, and make recommendations to enhance business operations.
