Description of Work
- Quality Assurance Reviews: Review statewide purchasing and procurement activities to ensure consistency with policy and regulation
- Training Delivery: Provide in person and virtual training related to inventory management, procurement, and purchasing programs
- Data Analysis: Analyze statewide procurement and inventory data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries about procurement, purchasing, and inventory management and determine appropriate solutions
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with agency staff to revise procedures, develop job aids, and support best practices
Qualifications Required
- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
- Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training
Other Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- PA residency requirement
Work Schedule and Additional Information
- Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch
- This position may be eligible for alternate work schedule (AWS)
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time
