About the Role

As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality while managing financial processes, including financial reporting and risk management. You will take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, and address conflicts or issues with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis and strategic guidance to optimize client financial performance.
  • Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities.
  • Guide teams in the development and execution of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to address financial challenges.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
  • Coach team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance.
  • Encourage innovation and embrace technology to improve financial operations.
  • Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance.
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting management.
  • Analytical thinking to enhance financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent coaching and feedback skills to develop team strengths.
  • Ability to embrace change and innovation in revenue cycle management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Skills in escalation management and conflict resolution.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
