About the role
We’re looking for a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and make sure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. If you have a passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times (in conjunction with all management)
- Provide or direct all Front of House training
- Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
- Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
