About the Role

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialize in providing consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. In Epic consulting, you will focus on Epic software solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Epic applications to assist clients through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire teams, and drive business growth while mentoring the next generation of leaders. You will act as a guardian of PwC’s reputation, ensuring quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to success. This role involves creating a healthy working environment, maximizing client satisfaction, and actively collaborating across the PwC Network.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers.
  • Set strategic direction for enterprise Epic managed services initiatives.
  • Foster substantial executive-level relationships with clients.
  • Drive business growth through innovative solutions and services.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Facilitate impactful decision-making across various projects.
  • Promote continuous improvement in technology-enabled environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the utility of Epic resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 12 years of experience.
  • Certification in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Biotechnology.
  • Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules.
  • Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements.
  • Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
  • Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams.
  • Experience developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements.
  • Executive presence and client relationship management capability.
  • Ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
