About the Role
At PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping healthcare providers optimise operational efficiency. Your work involves in-depth knowledge of Epic applications, assisting clients through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, foster executive-level client relationships, and mentor future leaders. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and upholding PwC’s reputation for quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers.
- Set strategic direction for enterprise Epic managed services initiatives.
- Foster substantial executive-level relationships with clients.
- Drive business growth through innovative solutions and services.
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Facilitate impactful decision making across various projects.
- Promote continuous improvement in technology-enabled environments.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the utility of Epic resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 12 years of experience.
- Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Biotechnology (preferred).
- Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules.
- Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements.
- Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
- Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams.
- Experience developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements.
- Executive presence and client relationship management capability.
- Ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
