About the Role

In Epic consulting, you will focus on Epic software solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Epic applications to assist clients through analysis, implementation, training, and support. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders while upholding PwC’s reputation for quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial mindset.

As part of the Epic Managed Services team, you will oversee large-scale support and optimization engagements for healthcare providers. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, foster executive-level client relationships, and mentor the next generation of leaders in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 12 years of experience.
  • Certification in any Epic module (Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical).

Qualifications (What Sets You Apart)

  • Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Biotechnology (preferred).
  • Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules.
  • Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements.
  • Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
  • Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams.
  • Experience developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements.
  • Executive presence and client relationship management capability.
  • Ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
