About the Role

At PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping healthcare providers optimise operational efficiency. Your work involves in-depth knowledge of Epic applications, assisting clients through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, foster executive-level client relationships, and mentor future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC’s reputation by embodying quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset while driving business growth and shaping client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 12 years of experience.
• Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical.

What Sets You Apart

• Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Biotechnology (preferred).
• Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules.
• Experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements.
• Experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
• Proven success managing distributed or global delivery teams.
• Experience developing service dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Financial acumen in managing recurring revenue engagements.
• Executive presence and client relationship management capability.
• Ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
