About the role
Under the direction of the Lead Mammography Technologist, performs procedures following the guidelines and regulations of the ACR and Federal and State regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform mammography procedures in compliance with ACR, Federal, and State regulations
- Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Prioritize and problem solve as issues arise
- Effectively communicate with patients of all age levels
- Perform physical tasks including standing or sitting for long periods, repetitive movements, and precise adjustments to machine controls
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of mammography experience
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of mammography
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT(R) and ARRT(M) certification
- Massachusetts Radiation Control License in Radiologic Technology and Mammography
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D breast tomosynthesis mammography equipment
- Experience with Cerner and PACS

Pay
Salary range: $40.39–$62.82 per hour. The pay range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education.
