Mammography Technologist
About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Mobile Mammography Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in Houston, TX 77025. This is a 3+ month contract assignment with the possibility of conversion or extension.
The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, and the location is Houston, TX 77025, with travel to Houston, Huntsville, and surrounding areas. The dress code is any color scrubs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the mobile/RV to scheduled event locations
- Perform daily equipment quality control before each event
- Perform screening mammography exams and obtain quality images
- Provide compassionate, professional patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- Mammography Registry
- BLS certification
- TMB credential/license
- Proficient in screening mammography
- Ability to drive the mobile unit
- CDL preferred, not required
- Mobile medical unit experience preferred
