Responsibilities
- Reviews and understands contract drawings, specifications, geotechnical design, and other site requirements.
- Coordinates and generates required documentation such as field data reports, schedules, DAQ logs, layout and asbuilt logs, equipment and resource reports.
- Conducts basic quality assurance tasks such as pile load tests and field data logging.
- Maintains real-time production data and compiles reports.
- Gathers, communicates, and maintains documentation for production targets and goals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Recognizes and manages major risks to comply with Keller risk management policies.
- Collects time and quantities, interfaces with Superintendent on quantity updates, and tracks project changes.
- Aids in identifying changes requiring escalation and assists in change management.
- Ensures compliance with Keller and OSHA safety requirements.
- Participates in daily safety briefings and hazard assessments.
- Logs quality nonconformance issues and notifies management for resolution.
- Exercises stop work authority for Safety and Quality issues.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geotechnical, construction, or related field work.
- Familiarity with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
- Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions.
- Required certifications: OSHA 30 Certification, CPR and First Aid Certification, Qualified Rigging Certification, Fall Protection – Competent Person, LOTO – Competent Person.
- Attendance and completion of Keller Driller/Operator Schools Leadership Development and Coaching Training.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $20-$30 per hour DOE
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
