Mammography Technologist

Premier diagnostic imaging center seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Use mammogram equipment to capture breast images per established protocol
• Obtain patient history and prior records
• Prepare the exam room pre- and post-procedure
• Assist in performing biopsies and quality control of the unit
• Ensure efficient patient flow and procedure output
• Work closely with radiologists to assure image quality
• Verify patient identity and confirm orders

Requirements

• Board Certification
• State License and ARRT
• Certified Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M)
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
