Mammography Reading Room Coordinator/Provider Support Specialist (Clinical Support Specialist)

Job Description

Maintains and streamlines IT deficiencies and ensures corrective actions are completed in a timely manner with guidance from radiologists, Sr. Operations Manager, and/or staff from UR Information Systems Division.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes Epic and MagView mammography Reading Room reports
• Ensures all daily worklists are complete for radiologist interpretation
• Interacts with various teams to ensure radiologist efficiency is maintained across the enterprise

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One (1) year of relevant or similar work experience required

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of a PC (i.e. keyboarding, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Includes internet and email use

Pay

Salary Range $19.63-$26.50 an hour

Schedule

40 hours per week
