About the role

As a Mammography Technologist/Radiologic Technologist, you will join a dedicated team delivering quality, value, and access in 21st-century healthcare. You will align patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a monthly Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic and other diagnostic imaging equipment, adhering to established policies and protocols.
  • Conduct high-quality radiologic exams on incoming patients while providing excellent patient care.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner.
  • Understand and apply technical factors such as compression, exposure modes, filter selection, kVp, mAs, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, and photo cell selection to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and take appropriate action.
  • Guide patients through procedures by explaining steps, addressing concerns, and maintaining a compassionate demeanor.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

Requirements

  • ARRT(R)(M) certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
  • BLS certification.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Pay

$34.00 – $45.00 per hour.
