Male Caregiver Needed ASAP

About the role

Visiting Angels of Jenkintown is seeking a Male Caregiver with CNA, HHA, or Direct Care Staff certification to provide non‑medical home care services in Eastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The office is located at 1250 Greenwood Ave, #1, Jenkintown, PA 19046 and serves the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Help keep clients’ home clean and clutter‑free
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Provide companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co‑workers, and office staff
• Perform all non‑medical home care services as needed

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, and DC certification is a plus
• At least 2 years of hands‑on caregiving experience working with seniors (preferred)
• Compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
• Completed or ability to obtain a 2‑Step PPD or chest x‑ray
• Ability to provide proof of vaccination
• References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
