About the role

This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, ambulating, and limited transfers
• Prepare meals, including special diets
• Complete daily tasks using EVV systems or electronic timesheets
• Encourage clients' self-help efforts
• Maintain safety precautions, infection control, and confidentiality
• Respect clients' privacy and rights
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal prep

Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred)
• At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience
• 18 years of age or older

This position requires adherence to policies, prompt reporting of concerns, and working within scope of credentials.
