About the role

TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of apartment communities, ensuring high levels of customer service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure timely and efficient service
• Manage tenant relations and conduct lease negotiations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for owners
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications
