Maitre d'
About the Role
The One Club is an intimate dining destination designed around personalized hospitality, meaningful connections, and exceptional service. Serving residents and their guests, the dining room offers a warm, welcoming environment where relationships matter and familiar faces are part of the experience. The Maitre d' serves as the face of the dining room, creating memorable experiences through genuine hospitality and strong relationship-building. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with residents, collaborating with building concierge teams, and fostering a sense of community. Success comes from building trust, anticipating guest needs, and delivering thoughtful service, not managing high-volume operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. The Maitre d' is expected to be an active presence on the floor, supporting service wherever needed, whether pouring wine, crafting a cocktail, delivering dishes, greeting guests, or assisting team members to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
