Responsibilities
- Promptly address resident service requests
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and more
- Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds
- Conduct regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain grounds and common areas, reporting any concerns
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during work
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills; ability to communicate orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes
- Ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends, and respond to emergencies after normal business hours when on-call
- Ability to perform physical activities requiring use of hands, arms, legs, and whole body, including prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs.
- Service team employees must use their own smartphone with updated software, password protection, and compliance with in-house security and operations systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade school certification/diploma
- EPA Section 608 Type I, Type II, or Universal certification
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience

Pay
$25.00 to $30.56 per hour. Team members are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
