Maintenance Technician - Sierra Sage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sierra Sage Apartments in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
• Complete maintenance service requests
• Perform appliance repairs
• Handle painting and apartment turnovers
• Respond to emergency calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.)
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
