MG Properties is a large regional property management firm seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at Marina Village in Sparks, NV.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
- Completing maintenance service requests
- Appliance repairs
- Painting
- Apartment turnovers
- Taking emergency calls
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Customer service attitude
- Flexibility and team environment skills
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
