About the role
The Maintenance Technician at John Paul II Center for Special Learning is responsible for maintaining and repairing all building systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Assist in emergency repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
