Responsibilities
- Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
- Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required
- Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Performs preventative maintenance repairs
- Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
- Assists with resident functions
- Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
Qualifications
- At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
- Type II or Universal A/C Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call
