Maintenance Technician II - Greenville, PA

About the role

This 3rd shift position ensures robust operation of equipment through preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of all equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of new equipment and equipment improvements.
• Perform thorough work and follow through on repairs using feedback from internal customers.
• Communicate with other maintenance personnel and line workers to solve equipment issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Diagnose failed components and safely work on voltages up to 480V.
• Properly use a digital voltmeter (DVM).
• Coordinate equipment updates and operational issues with off-shift maintenance personnel and other team members.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other electrical components.
• Attend outside training and seminars for continual education.
• Interpret electrical schematics.
• Pass an Electrical fundamentals assessment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), drives, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other electrical components preferred.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25-$38/hour, commensurate with experience, plus a 20% shift differential. Possible increase after a 90-day performance review.
