Responsibilities
- Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested
- Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision
- Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner
- Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation
- Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations
- Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations
- Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent OR 5+ years experience [Required]
- 3+ years general experience [Required]
- Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay
$19.22 - $35.75 per hour
