Maintenance Technician- Garden Grove

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Garden Grove Apartments in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.)
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment
