Maintenance Technician - COMP

About the Role

This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility in Las Vegas (soon to be relocated to Boulder City). You will ensure smooth operation by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making necessary repairs to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. The role involves using technical manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You will report to the Plant Manager and primarily collaborate with the production and yard team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance by regularly inspecting and servicing machinery according to scheduled maintenance plans to detect potential problems before they occur.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install new machinery and components, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment to optimal operating specifications.
• Identify and replace worn or damaged parts on machinery.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
