Maintenance Technician - Aya Apartments

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aya Apartments in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Requirements

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Pay

$28-$30/hour, depending on experience.
