About the role

This full-time position is based in Malta, NY, and offers a 12-hour compressed work week with a rotating schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, including day or night shifts.

Pay

$20.00 hourly + overtime + 10% shift premium for night shifts + $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
• Follow safety and quality procedures in a high-tech cleanroom environment
• Use tools, equipment, and documented processes to complete assigned work
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and support production goals
• Build valuable technical skills that can lead to future career advancement opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing protective equipment

Physical Effort/Activities

• Walk up to 5+ miles per day
• Stand on feet for 8–10 hours at a time
• Bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, and kneel in confined spaces
• Work at heights and on ladders
• Lift up to 50 pounds
