About the Role
Performs all maintenance-related duties on process and ancillary equipment within the Compounding department and assists in the Molding and HVP process areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventative maintenance, line clears, and die changes on all trim presses.
- Perform simple machinist duties as needed.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to equipment based on priorities.
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and installations.
- Repair process and support equipment.
- Provide guidance to team members on PLC and computer skills.
- Maintain housekeeping duties as necessary.
- Assist with designing and installing systems.
- Write and revise maintenance procedures; produce drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders to diagnose problems, repair, or replace parts.
- Learn new equipment and processes as required.
- Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment in the maintenance department.
- Instruct, train, guide, and assist other maintenance personnel as needed.
- Conform with all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules.
- Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Machine shop experience preferred.
- Understanding of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ability to comply with company safety and quality policies.
- Welding experience preferred.

- PLC and computer skills.
- Ability to learn, understand, and remember tasks.

Physical Requirements
- Medium-exertion role requiring up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally, up to 20lbs/9kg frequently, and up to 10lbs/4kgs constantly to move objects.
- Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.
- Ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.

This is a day shift position.
