Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute various building and equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work is done safely and adheres to all safety standards.
- Collaborate with service suppliers and contractors for onsite services.
- Execute preventative maintenance activities for the facility, equipment, labs, and clean rooms.
- Keep equipment, including machine tools, forklift, HVAC, and lighting in optimal condition.
- Conduct daily routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation.
- Aid in setting up company test and production laboratories, clean rooms, and associated equipment.
- Regularly check equipment for normal operating activity, including basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate’s degree or Technical Certification in relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in facilities and equipment maintenance and repair for at least 3 years.
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with cleanroom setup, qualification, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ability to follow established company policies and processes.
Qualifications
- U.S. DoD Personnel Security Clearance required.
- Preference given to candidates with existing U.S. DoD Personnel Security Clearances.
