Step into a rewarding, hands-on maintenance role where your skills make a direct impact every day. Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to support our 504-unit apartment community in Tonawanda, NY.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
- $2000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.
- Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
- Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.
- Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team
