Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Prepare units for move-in by completing turnover repairs, inspections, and improvements
- Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk management concerns
- Ensure the property remains in good repair and report physical needs or issues to management
- Maintain working knowledge of building emergency systems, equipment shutoffs, and operational procedures
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols, promptly reporting hazards, incidents, and maintenance concerns
- Deliver strong customer service by fostering positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members while responding professionally to service requests
- Follow established operational procedures including key control, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency response protocols
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work
- Ability to promptly respond to work orders and other communications (e.g: text, email)
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- HVAC Certification is a plus
- EPA Certification is required
- Proficiency in English
