About the role
We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for a manufactured home community in Nehalem Bay, Oregon. This is a part-time position requiring 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Receives written orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
- Completes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects as needed.
- Assists landscapers in maintaining common areas, grounds, vacant and abandoned yards/spaces, RV storage area, landscaping, trees, shrubs, hedges, and bushes, including but not limited to mowing, fertilizing, weeding, trimming, pruning, edging, and keeping areas clean and free of debris.
- Maintains and cleans street surfaces, paints speed bumps, and re-stripes common parking areas as needed.
- Maintains, cleans, and keeps free of debris all drains, ditches, streets, parking areas, RV storage areas, sidewalks, and road frontage areas.
- Maintains and cleans recreation building and laundry facilities.
- Maintains and tests all community equipment, including vehicles, lawn mowing/weeding equipment, various landscaping tools, and miscellaneous tools.
- Paints and/or repairs community structures as necessary and only with direction from supervisor.
- Helps rebuild and maintain community-owned carports.
- Winterizes outside faucets in all community-owned buildings.
- Assists other maintenance workers as needed with other projects.
- Completes timecard twice per day: upon arrival and departure.

Pay
$18 per hour.
Schedule
15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
