Maintenance Technician
Location: Toledo, OH
Pay
- Starting at $41.34/hour plus shift differential
- Annual general wage increase
- Weekly pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift differential:
- 8-hour weekday shifts: 2nd shift +$1.00/hr
- 12-hour weekend shifts: Day shift +$1.00/hr; Night shift +$1.50/hr
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Standard schedule: 12 days on / 2 days off, with 12-hour shifts on weekends
- Overtime and weekend work is required

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, robotics, and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments to minimize downtime
- Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits, PLC hardware, ladder logic, and motor controls (VFDs, soft starts)
- Operate shop tools such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, and power saws as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE requirements and LOTO procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems (480v), and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred, but not required
- Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
