Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs major maintenance projects
• Service and repairs in the areas of preventative maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, sheet rocking, minor HVAC problems, electrical, grounds keeping, cleaning, snow removal, vehicle maintenance, furniture moving and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• NYS Drivers license in good standing
• At least 1 year of job related experience, specifically in preventative maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, sheet rocking, HVAC, electrical, grounds keeping, cleaning, and/or snow removal
• In lieu of 1 year of experience, successful completion of a building related trade and/or technical program will be accepted
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
