About the Role
Provides multi-disciplined maintenance support during third shift operation.
Responsibilities
- Strong welding and fabricating skills
- Maintain hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Maintain production equipment
- Maintain Material Handling Equipment – large and small
- Provide own tools
- Demonstrate strong electrical experience
- Practice safe work habits
- Communicate effectively with co-workers
- Complete all work directed by supervision
- Ensure adherence to maintenance schedule
- Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks
- Practice and enforce safe work habits
Requirements
- Prior industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to work different shifts
- Good attendance record
Skills
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Ability and willingness to work core hours to support business needs
- Strong leadership skills
