Maintenance Technician - Artesia Apartments

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Conducting apartment turnovers - Taking emergency calls

Qualifications

- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property - Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) - Strong customer service attitude and flexibility - Ability to work in a team environment - Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties - Reliable transportation - Availability to work on-call rotation

Compensation and Benefits
