Maintenance Technician - Valdok Apartments

About the role

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Conducting apartment turnovers - Responding to emergency calls

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property - Comprehensive knowledge in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) - Strong customer service orientation - Team-oriented and flexible - Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties - Reliable transportation required - Availability for on-call rotation

Compensation and Benefits
