Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

About the Role

Support safe and reliable operations at a manufacturing facility through corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including power transmission and fluid handling systems.
• Repair and maintain advanced electronic controls and motors.
• Operate shop equipment and support equipment installation and modifications.
• Train operators on equipment setup, safety, and asset care.
• Adhere to safety and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement practices to facilitate safe and effective manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience with advanced electronic controls, motor troubleshooting, and reading electrical schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.

Skills

• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work in a noisy, variable-temperature environment.
