Maintenance Technician 3rd (12 Hour) $31-$37/hour + Shift Diff $1.00

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore equipment functionality.
• Inspect and test machinery to identify potential problems and implement solutions before failures occur.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to perform accurate repairs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, in CMMS for accurate tracking.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Perform basic welding repairs and light metal fabrication activities to support maintenance operations.
• Conduct building maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Team Leader.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance or other related fields is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform technical repairs on advanced electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.

Pay

Starting wage: $31–$37/hour based on experience, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Wednesday–Friday, every other Saturday.
