Location: St. Louis, MO • Direct Hire • $30-35/hr. • $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in $500 increments at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year
Schedule
12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next. Overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts and occasional overtime
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
