STARTING PAY: $22.61 - $24.95 PER HOUR DOE

Job Description

This position works directly under the Facility manager and performs a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Commercial and Institutional buildings owned by Eddy County. Employee must be able to work independently and performs all duties with minimal supervision. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or similar field
