Maintenance Tech II

About the role

Saratoga Bridges maintenance team supports Day Services locations and 17 homes by performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to patching and painting, and fixing self-closing doors.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs.
• Ensure all facilities are safe and in good working condition.
• Use a valid driver’s license for transportation between sites.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in one of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
