Maintenance Tech II

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment.
• Perform routine building upkeep and repairs.
• Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilize maintenance management system software to document work order completion and issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
