Maintenance Tech - 3rd Shift, Chinese Bilingual Preferred

Job Summary

Maintain production equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Follow food safety rules when working around production areas
• Handle emergency repairs during production to minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory
• Work safely, adhering to OSHA regulations and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to complete work orders and enter paperwork into a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
