Maintenance Team Member

About the role

We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Associate who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be essential to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members at Dash In, part of the Wills Group family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store and property
• Ensure the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interior spaces are consistently clean and inviting
• Perform general repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Support site presentation by managing waste and keeping areas clutter-free
• Maintain car wash and vacuum equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly and helpful interactions
• Assist with merchandising, including stocking coolers and supporting deliveries
• Contribute to a team culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using hand tools and basic equipment (e.g., power washers, sprayers)
• At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
