Responsibilities

  • Supports Plant teams in achieving superior self-manufactured products and develops and trains Partners to meet commitment to superior service levels.
  • Ensures Plant preventive and predictive equipment/facility maintenance.
  • Develops and maintains a repair manual library.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience (preferred).
  • Successful completion of MWT ATL Program and SORM.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in the industry, EEOC, and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, FDA, and state weight and measure requirements.
  • Working knowledge of operating statements, inventory reports, regulatory reports, CIP computer systems, PLC system, TINA, general computer operations, and financial reports related to one functional area.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong skills operating internal/external software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects/tasks; attention to detail.
  • Ability to coach and develop others.
  • Ability to lead and motivate non-exempt Partners.
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required.
