Responsibilities
- Supports Plant teams in achieving superior self-manufactured products and develops and trains Partners to meet commitment to superior service levels.
- Ensures Plant preventive and predictive equipment/facility maintenance.
- Develops and maintains a repair manual library.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience (preferred).
- Successful completion of MWT ATL Program and SORM.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in the industry, EEOC, and employment laws.
- Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, FDA, and state weight and measure requirements.
- Working knowledge of operating statements, inventory reports, regulatory reports, CIP computer systems, PLC system, TINA, general computer operations, and financial reports related to one functional area.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Strong skills operating internal/external software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects/tasks; attention to detail.
- Ability to coach and develop others.
- Ability to lead and motivate non-exempt Partners.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
