Job Summary
Coordinates the activities of a group of employees in order to meet established production specifications and schedules including volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Experience
- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
- Knowledgeable about CNC machine architecture, PLC programming, mechanical drawings, hydraulic systems, etc.
- Familiarity with forging presses and billet heating systems
- Firsthand experience with Fanuc robots
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve minor and critical issues with a proactive "yes I can do it" attitude
- Provide detailed, clear, and accurate data through EMaint, including downtime, information, labor, etc.
- Routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities must be performed
- Adhere to safety norms and guidelines
- Active participation in turnover and improvement meetings
